Six new 1 Gbit/s servers available (CA)

Hello!

 

We're very glad to inform you that six new 1 Gbit/s server located in Canada are available: Agena, Avior, Mintaka, Saiph, Sargas, Tyl.

 

The AirVPN client will show automatically the new servers, while if you use the OpenVPN client you can generate all the files to access them through our configuration/certificates/key generator (menu "Client Area"->"Config generator").

 

The servers accept connections on ports 53, 80, 443, 2018 UDP and TCP.

 

Just like every other Air server, Agena, Avior, Mintaka, Saiph, Sargas and Tyl support OpenVPN over SSL and OpenVPN over SSH.

 

As usual no traffic limits, no logs, no discrimination on protocols and hardened security against various attacks with separate entry and exit-IP addresses.

Once again added just in time (existing ones were starting to fill up), Thanks!

 

In my time as a customer Air's avg user's has now about doubled in size (and with that it's number of servers has also nearly grown as much), it's been nice to see AirVPN continually add boxes just ahead of the growth curve to always be able to meet their commitments.

Looks like it. 

Then again finding providers in CA (or elsewhere) that meets their needs is always a challenge, though it probably gives them a little more leverage with said provider it would be great if they could find a 'backup' and host a couple with another... just in case.

IP based geolocation services are often very unreliable. Even Google thinks one of the Swiss servers is in Austria.
