When I try logging in, it says that I need a subscription

Hey everyone. I'm new to this. I purchased the one month subscription, but when I try to login, the application will not even let me sign in as a "subscription is required". I know I purchased it because it charged my paypal the money

normally, this happens when you pay via eCheck. According to PayPal an eCheck needs 3-5 working days to clear. After we led a brief investigation, this really looks like your case. When the payment is actually delivered, then the system will activate automatically and immediately your account plan.

 

Please feel free to open a ticket and provide PayPal transaction ID if you wish a more thorough investigation from us.
