ANSWERED AIRVPN GUI -- strange status messages

I'm located in the US.  

 

I've begun seeing the following pop-up status messages when connected to AIRVPN:

checking authorization

the remote name could not be resolved: auth.airvpg.org

waiting for latency tests

Updating manifest failed (Cannot retrieve data.  Please retry later or contact us for help.  

(The remote name could not be resolved: 'auth.airvpn.org'}

======================================================================

 

While these messages are appearing:

 

- I can ping airvpn.org successfully

- I can ping 212.117.180.15 successfully

- I CANNOT ping 10.14.0.1

- My Open VPN GUI show that I am connected.

- The airvpn webpage  status shows I am connected.

- http://whatismyipaddress.com/ shows I am connected.

 

This occurs when connected to airpvn servers in Canada and the Netherlands.  

 

I've switched my DNS servers and the messages continue.

 

I've only seen these message for the last two days.

 

What could be causing these messages?

Hello!

 

'auth.airvpn.org' can't be resolved by your DNS. Nothing worrying, the client will circumvent this problem. You could try to change your DNS.

 

You should ping 10.4.0.1 once in the VPN. 10.14.0.1 is not in our VPN (typo?).
