Eddie 2.4 beta?

According to the changelog posted here: https://airvpn.org/services/changelog.php?software=client&format=html , 
Eddie 2.4 beta was released on July 15...

Version 2.4 (Tue, 15 Jul 2014 23:14:50 +0000)

However, the latest version that I can find available for download is 2.3.

It is very possible that I may have missed something but the difference in version numbers in the changelog versus what version I can find to download is confusing. Has 2.4 actually been released yet, and if so, where may it be downloaded?
