Hello,

the logs are just fine. Maybe it's a DNS issue. Can you please open a command prompt with administrator privileges, issue the following commands and send us the output?

ipconfig /flushdns

ping 10.4.0.1

tracert google.com

ping 8.8.8.8

Kind regards

Perhaps this is the issue you are experiencing:

https://airvpn.org/topic/9325-development-of-os-x-airvpn-client/?p=9555

<snip>

"Our package contains also a binary build of OpenVPN 2.3.1. It runs without dependencies on Mountain Lion, currently untested in previous OS X version".

<snip>

I haven't tried the AirVPN client.

I used tunnelblick (probably not as straightforward) from this page:

https://airvpn.org/macosx/

If you try tunnelblick and run into a problem this thread might be a good place to post:

https://airvpn.org/t...with-mac/page-3

It took a little work but runs great. Actually, the speed on my OS X boot is faster than (bootcamp) Win 7.

Usually twice as fast both up and down.

Have you tried another port?

2013-11-29 - 9:51 PM    [server] Inactivity timeout (--ping-restart), restarting

Didn't find much on this. I'm seeing this:

"you probably have two or more OpenVPN clients running using the exact same configuration. Two OpenVPN clients can connect to the same server, but they need to have different certificates"

I didn't look into this error. Perhaps it's a by-product of the real problem?
