Connected but IP don't change, like not connected

Hello guys, I started usind airvpn by some day but it still don't mask my IP. Looking for similar problem I found nothing of usefull.

 

I seen that admins asks for logs, where can I find it?

 

What I done:

 

Started airvpn software and connected to server; still have my IP.

 

Tried to create a file from site and when I try to start it in openvpn it says that there is an error in the file and I can have more info about using "--help" command.

 

I'm using windows 7 ultimate in a VM on mac os x.

After an attempted connection please right-click on the Air dock icon, select "Logs", click "Copy to clipboard" and paste into your message.
