Client issues

Hi

I've been a customer for over a month now, for the majority I've been happy but for some reason the client acts up so much. After a random period, the connection just stops working and requires me to restart the airvpn client to fix it. I press "Disconnect" on the airvpn client, but for 10 minutes after, i cannot connect as it always tells me "Already Connected" even though I disconnected the proper way.

This is very irritating, does the client cause this? I don't think I can deal with these 2 issues any more as it is really disrupting my time on the internet.

Hello!

When the problem occurs, could you please try to close the Air client, open a command prompt, issue the command "ipconfig /renew", re-launch the client and connect again? Can you please let us know if these steps solve your problem when it occurs?

I am having this exact same problem right now.

I did the ipconfig /renew and I'm still getting the "Already Connected" message.

EDIT: I was connected on another computer. I completely overlooked that.
