[SOLVED] Log in but no connection

Yesterday everything worked great w/ Comodo and AirVPN. Today, using AirVPN client, I can log in but can't connect to any server unless I disable Comodo. Then, after about 1 hr, I tried to switch servers and got an "already connected" message and was unable to reconnect.

I'm sure you would like a log and I tried to right click on the AirVPN client but don't get anything to pop up.

I really appreciate your fast reply to others and hope you can help me as well.

In order to send us the connection logs, please right-click on the Air dock icon and select "Logs". Then click on "Copy to clipboard" and paste here.

Also, your Comodo rules and Network Zones definitions will be helpful for troubleshooting.

I have tried to "right click" on the VPN client (AirVPN.exe right?) and don't get anything other than the standard windows pop up options. I've tried the AirVPN.exe icon on the desktop as well as the AirVPN log-in window before and after logging into my account.

I'm sure I'm doing something incredibly ignorant here so please do not make me feel any stupider than I already do but - how do I get to the logs? Am I using the wrong program? Is AirVPN.exe not the "client" you mention?

Please right-click on the Air dock icon. It's the circular small icon with a white cloud on a blue sky in the dock, which appears when airvpn.exe is running. Select "Logs". A window will open up. Click on "Copy to clipboard", a big button at the bottom of the window. Then paste in the forum (right-click on the message composition window and select "Paste").

Finally able to respond. Thank you for your assistance so far. I am now able to get onto one of your servers but only by disabling the Comodo firewall. Here are the AirVPN log and Comodo settings.

Hello!

The rules you published are blocking any packet from and to 95.211.169.3, the server you're trying to connect to.

In order to allow access to 95.211.169.3 please add the following rules and put them higher than the block rule:

Allow IP In/Out From IP 95.211.169.3 To MAC Any Where Protocol Is Any

Allow IP In/Out From MAC Any To IP 95.211.169.3 Where Protocol Is Any

Also, the airvpn.org IP has changed to 85.17.207.151, please modify it.

The Network Zones look fine except perhaps the [Home Network]. Just make sure that in your Home Network the IP range is the one you specified, just in case you need [192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255] instead of [192.168.1.1 - 192.168.255.255] (if everything is fine, then you don't need this change).

However... When I changed airvpn.org as you suggested nothing would connect. When I changed it back to where it was [46.105.19.36] everything worked great. Is this a potential future problem?

I chose your service because of the great customer support reviews and I have to say you have lived up to the rave reviews. My 30 day "check out" is about to be extended by a year. Thank you again.
