I have a problem with network lock :


- When i don't use the network lock using eddie :

  • I get using the same vpn server around 35 ms ping to
  • My download speed is normal


- But when I activate it

  • the ping drop and it shows 338 ms
  • My download speed is around 10-30 kb/s lower


I have Windows 10 Pro and Kaspersky Internet Security 2017

Looks like 9 connections to servers in Europe, 3 with network lock active, 2 on the same subnet as the non-netlock connections.


While your testing, try connecting to the same server with KIS 2017 disabled.


If the issue remains, try using different ports: AirVPN > Preferences > Protocols > uncheck Automatic > select a protocol.


Try (Primary) ports like: UDP 53 or 2018, TCP 443 or 80.

In addition to the above, you may also benefit from trying without Kaspersky installed or active.
