Help - can't connect, failure checking route

Recommended Posts

Just bought a year of AirVPN and installed the client on my Mac.  No matter what server I try to connect it, it gets stuck at "checking routes" and then disconnects.  I've tried other suggestions, but none work.  Tried: unchecking "check if the tunnel effectively works", connection via TCP not UDP, rebooting... nothing works.  HELP!

Hello !

Do what you did, but in addition to that, also go to General>Advanced & disable the same thing for DNS.

Welcome to AirVPN . AirVPN is having problems with this, but it's being worked on, no worries.

Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you.
