  1. Hello. I just got my subscription for AirVPN recently and installed Eddie. Already, I find it trickier to work with in comparison to other VPN clients. I presume the Network Lock is Eddie's version of the killswitch. The problem I'm having is that whenever I activate the Network Lock, it completely kills my internet connection even though I am connected to an AirVPN server. Help please? Thanks.
  2. Hello, I am using a paid hotspot to connect to the internet (no wps), but sometimes the connection breaks and reconnect without asking me to log in what obligige me to use the network lock. Now the problem i use chrome and other programs protected with the network lock, unfortunately every 24 hours the hotspot oblige me to log in (not possible with network lock) , also sometimes when the connection breaks.Same problem not possible with the network lock enabled to log in to the hotspot, meaning for security i have to kill all my programs connected to the (broken) internet by vpn. Disable the network lock , start Firefox to log in again to the hotspot, re-enable airvpn ,the net lock, finding a server, reopen my inet programs, if unlucky restart broken downloads.and so on.......You can imagine i would like to find a solution for this annoying situation And now my questions (better late than never) is it possible to allow Firefox to connect directly to the internet without vpn and the network lock, and of corse without taking risk my other programs are exposed to the hotpot ip. regards better late than never better late than neverbetter late than never

  4. So I have software on my machine which i wish to block connection to the internet on. I have my machine set to boot up, run air vpn, air vpn automaticly activates network lock ( this is where the issue occurs ) , then air vpn connects to a whitelisted server. Now the problem is that airvpn removes my blocked in and out traffic rules in my firewall for the software i wish to prevent from connecting to the internet at all. Is there a way to add rules that airvpn writes when it re configures the firewall settings
  5. Hello! I am using ESET Smart Security 9, which comes with a personal firewall. This causes the Windows Firewall to be turned off, causing Network Lock to not work. My question is: what are the firewall rules I have to set in ESET's firewall in order to only allow VPN traffic to go through?
