  1. I'm talking about this page: https://airvpn.org/devices/ I find the 'Renew' button misleading. I first thought it does update the key somehow, and does not stand for the revoke-generate new process. I did not notice the small explanation text at the bottom back then and wondered why my config files stopped working I suggest the button name to be changed to "Regenerate" as it implies a greater change than the word "renew"... to me at least. Then either highlight the bottom description on mouse hover over the buttons or bring it to the top. Current: Paraphrased example:
  2. Hi everyone, I have 2 remarks about the .onion website of Airivpn: - First of all, I can't access to the .onion Airvpn website (https://airvpn.org/). I got a warning message which says that Tor has detected a potential security threat and will not continue to this website. It is also written that the websites's administrator should be contacted. - A new feature has been introduced in Tor Browser 9.5: the Onion location. With it, the website publishers can now advertise their onion service to Tor users by adding an HTTP header. This feature looks to be not yet in use in the clearnet Airvpn website. For more info, you can read the Blog Post from Tor Project: https://blog.torproject.org/new-release-tor-browser-95 Best regards
  3. Hello! After scheduled downtime, the AirVPN website design has changed substantially. What are your thoughts about the new design? I can definitely say there's some fancy new additions that make some things a little smoother, even if it's tempting to want an "old.airvpn.org" site😄. Possible to "Recommend" posts and not just mark them as the solution. The design is more flat and the colors seem brighter overall. There's some tags which no longer work in signatures, but still in posts. There's now a reminder for unregistered users that they'll need to have their posts approved, before their posts are visible. More captchas it seems. The location of various information has been moved, such as with the top bar and your sign-in location. More use of drop-down menus. Profile settings options have been moved around, but seemingly remain largely the same. Some better moderator UI facilities. Apparently the AirVPN support departments like "Support", "Feedback" and others, have been combined into one single unit. Everything in the Client Area is now a top-down sort of affair. The FAQ sub-forum was changed, so that it has its own place under the "Home" menu.
  4. I am guessing this is the right place to make not of various blocked websites. Connected to Lich; New York City, New York - United States Unable to get to: https://www.amazon.com/
  5. Every time I come to the AirVPN website after closing my browser, the website has forgotten me. Every time, I log in again and choose the Remember Me option. Every time, it forgets. I've searched the forums and come up with several hits about that. One of the threads claimed the problem had been fixed about a year ago. But, it's not for me at this time. Anyone else seeing this? Windows 10 Pro, x64 Chrome Version 58.0.3029.68 beta (64-bit)
  6. Hello, I'm unable to resolve chinese domains via the airvpn internal DNS server and also unable to connect to websites hosted in China. For example: no resolve: baidu.com qq.com 360totalsecurity.com no connection: alipay.com 360.cn tmall.com This is only a small list, I have the feeling that it affects almost every chinese hosted website / domain. I tested it on the Dutch and Swiss servers, both have the same results. Are AirVPN's ips blocked by the Great Firewall of China so that you cannot even connect to chinese websites? Is it possible for you guys to reroute chinese traffic via an internal server?
  7. Website: http://www.gazzetta.it La Gazzetta dello Sport, an Italian sport website and streaming. Status: OK Routing: All servers to IT route. Note: if you have an advertising blocker active (like Adblock or uBlock) try to disable it. This site detect use of this blocker and prevent to see the video.
  8. Hello, I think Air should have HSTS (HTTPS Strict Transport Security) enabled on your website for even more security. See this article from EFF for more information. Best regards, anonym
  9. Hi, I think the title says all, I use europe.vpn.airvpn.org to connect and so far Ophiuchi is the only server jappy.de blocks. But since on every reconnection it's completely random which server I connect to, it's just an annoyance FYI I already contacted Jappy, but they say, the IP got blocked because someone who abused the service got banned and was apparently a AirVPN user. //update blocked on Dorsum too //update2 Erakis too
  10. The website Airvpn isn't very irresponsive, and very slow. With, sometimes, an endless "loop" of waiting/loading/busy, etc. Its getting worse. kind regards choq
