The latest AmneziaWG introduced the custom signature packets (parameters I1..5), be sure to use those, they help a lot! You can get the ready-made sets of parameters from the VoidWaifu's site: https://voidwaifu.github.io/Special-Junk-Packet-List. The latest WGTunnel for Android/Windows/Linux also supports these parameters, it also includes three presets (fake QUIC, DNS and SIP headers) which work quite well for a while. I still recommend using the VoidWaifu's I-lists or even generate your own unique parameters using the VoidWaifu's generator (GenSpecialJunkPacket.py).
