There might be, but you probably want OISD instead. Energized had massive problems in the past with website reachability and they also blocked waaay too much. People regularly complained about it. Their Unified list contained close to 1.5 million entries with a ton of false positives and a difficult process of reporting them.
I see their website was overhauled and the biggest list now contains "only" 600k entries. But if this list still breaks things for you, then it's probably not the list for you. Really, have a look at OISD.
Domain would be simply google.com, as the little info text tells you, then www., drive., play., etc. will be blocked, too.
.
It's not that simple. DoubleClick (advertising), YouTube and Android belong to Google, too. Oh, and there are the regional Google pages, too (google.de for example). These would not be blocked. But in contrast to Domain: google.com, a Wildcard: google will block all subdomains, all regional versions plus things like googleusercontent.com.
I think it's best to use a dedicated list for that. Sadly, I don't remember ever seeing such a list. There's an Adblock-compatible one for Facebook, though, so Google should exist as well somewhere. I welcome all hints in this direction myself.
If you cannot select it in the Mode list, probably not.
Well, normal DNS translates a domain to an IP address. For adblock purposes, domains are usually translated to an unspecified (0.0.0.0, ::) or localhost (127.0.0.1, ::1) address. A custom answer lets you specify what the DNS server should return instead if, in your case Google, is requested.
Let's call it telemetry, not spying. But yes, it is kinda annoying. That's why most people here, including me, will always recommend Linux or BSD instead. I see you grasped the advantages of running Linux yourself already
