    Ukraine Server Future?

Hello! Unfortunately there's nothing we can do during these grim and tragic days. Russians are actively destroying various infrastructural resources and might enter Kyiv any time. Our deepest sorrow is caused by the uncertain fate of the Ukrainian people. Who cares about a single server, but we will keep operating it, even as a symbol, as long as the infrastructure works, and it will remain displayed in the servers status page with the Ukraine flag. Kind regards

As you know, I wrote that. The problem is that browsers do not allow you to bind them to the VPN interface in the way that torrent clients do. So in addition to restoring the non-VPN interface as the default gateway, when I want to use the VPN for browsing, I start SQUID HTTP proxy (from Cygwin on Windows), and bind that to the VPN interface, Then I have a Firefox profile set up to use SQUID. So I do not have to put the VPN back as the default gateway while I browse over the VPN. I have not documented this there, as I have never seen anyone show an interest in this. I can provide the script I use to run SQUID if anyone wants to see it. Of course, you still have to start the VPN and now also SQUID with this approach. So this is probably not going to appeal.

I installed the latest eddie-ui_2.21.4_linux_aarch64_debian.deb and I'm still getting the nft rules error shown below. If this is of any use - It happens every 30 minutes after the initial connection to the AirVPN servers. Except for the initial connection, it always happens right after 'Collect information about AirVPN completed'. Collect information about AirVPN completed Exception: nft issue: exit:1; err:Error: syntax error, unexpected rule, expecting string del rule ip filter OUTPUT ip daddr 192.168.1.1 counter accept I've included a copy of the full log file for a few hours in case its helpful. Thanks again for your help. Eddie_20220220_155452.txt
