This is confirmed, Current 2.21.2 (only Windows, only with WireGuard) crasheds after many hours (>8), this issue will be fixed in the next version, as soon as possible.

Thanks @Staff. Upon closer look in Wireguard, there is a check box in edit mode called 'exclude private IPs' that is not checked by default. Checking it populates with the IP ranges from your link. I can now see my local network.

I went through the logs but struggled a bit to find any notable differences. The config is very similar (existing differences don't relate to networking at all), the logs are largely similar. I noticed that the laptop had old routes still active. Probably because of standby, OpenVPN can't clear the routes in this case. If you reboot (not shutdown + startup), they should be gone, but they shouldn't relate to your problem in the first place. If it's not an issue, use OpenVPN for the time being.
