    Purchasing Airvpn without JavaScript

Hello How can one purchase Airvpn without using JS at any step in the process? I have observed Mullvad allows payments via cash which is a nice way of paying with 0 digital trace. If JS is absolutely required what's the best approach to limiting the impact and exposure JS provides? I want as little digital trace as possible here. Thanks.

    UDP Download Problems.

Hello AirVPN! I have a problem with UDP connections, I have had the problem with multiple different VPN services over the last 4 years. I have recently signed up to test with AirVPN and again the same issues. TCP works fine, albeit slower then I would like, so i would like to fix my UDP problem if possible. I use Wifi only, and from the room next to my router. I have a base stable connection at 30mbps (down) 9mbps (up). I get about 14-17mbps (down) and 8mbps(up) on TCP. I get sporadic results from UDP, from 1-3-7mbps (down) and anywhere from 1-8mbps (up). I can not even handle a normal 1080p stream in UDP. I would like to use UDP on AirVPN because I know its possible. I have tried many other VPN companies and all but one have this issue, one VPN company that does not have this issue gives me a stable 22-25mbps (down) and 8mbps (up) on UDP. I have a big family so normally we have two or three different VPN companies client subscriptions at a time and would like to keep AirVPN for my personal compuer, but again this issue. I really don't know whats causing it and if anyone has any ideas, I would be greatful. I don't know what the policy is about naming another VPN company here, but if it helps with the diagnostics and someone from AirVPN says its okay, then I can divulge that information. Thanks!

    UDP Download Problems.

Done and tried all that, on the other VPN "the one that works on UDP" all ports are fine. I don't have any isssues relating to ports. I only mentioned the ports due to many isp's throttling specific connections / ports. Its extremely common. If you're using the client try SSH. It uses TCP. Yeah, I know . I am lucky enough to have an ISP that does not throttle and is true unlimited, they don't limit by protocol or port. It may seem hard to believe but its one of the reasons this specific company is very highly regarded in my country. I could try SSH in the client, but if the whole data stream is TCP under SSH then it really does not solve my problem due to my wish to use UDP for faster speeds. Thanks very much for the suggestions though, I appriciate it.

    High ping...

MiL0 wrote. Hello! According to our terms of use, you have the right to a full refund, no questions asked. If you wish, and only if you wish, drop us a couple of lines telling us in private which country you connect from and your ISP (in case, use "Contact us" option in the drop-down menu). We would be curious to know just because those ping times are incredibly high, much higher than those recorded from Philippines, China and some countries in Africa. Kind regards AirVPN admins

    beta questions

Hello, I'm trying out your excellent initiative for a free OpenVPN solution. I think there are some latency problems...? For all seems fine (serverload < 20% max), but I get many page-not-founds and always loooooooooong waiting times before a page does come throught. I do not have this problem with other (open)vpn clients or connections I use. Any idea what could be going on? Try opening your own topic and give as much info as you can, like what you alerady tried, the OpenVPN/Eddie logs, etc.
