Hello! We're very glad to inform you that a new 1 Gbit/s server located in São Paulo, BR, is available: Peony. Peony is our first server in South America and we are very proud to start operating there. Special thanks go to out moderator Zhang who helped us find a datacenter with particularly good connectivity The AirVPN client will show automatically the new server. If you use the OpenVPN client you can generate all the files to access it through our configuration/certificates/key generator (menu "Client Area"->"Config generator"). The server accepts connections on ports 53, 80, 443, 1194, 2018 UDP and TCP. Just like every other "second generation" Air server, Peony supports OpenVPN over SSL and OpenVPN over SSH, TLS 1.2 and tls-crypt. Full IPv6 support is included as well. As usual no traffic limits, no logs, no discrimination on protocols and hardened security against various attacks with separate entry and exit-IP addresses. Although tbe installation of a server in Brazil is good news for me personally, I am worried that it will soon be dropped for the same reasons that you discontinued your Italian servers. Many of the local magistrates here are just as corrupt, intellectually lazy and/or incompetent as their Italian counterparts. I say this as an attorney at law.

The server doesn´t appear to be very popular but I wouldn´t want it to disappear completely.

Apologies, I'm sure this problem was solved a while ago, but on a search, I could not find the solution. Basically, when my MacBook Pro sleeps, Eddie disconnects. Upon waking, it reconnects. Eddie 2.17.2. OS X 10.11.6. Is there a solution to keeping it connected?

I love the service, but I would like to know why my subscription renewed two days at 54 euros when the price was much cheaper? Like I said, I love the service but no one wants to pay above the going rate for something!

Hello! White and black list are intended in the most classical way. If you define a black list: all traffic will go inside tunnel except the traffic of the apps in the black list If you define a white list: only traffic of the apps included the white list will go inside the tunnel. Eddie does not work with Mullvad or Merlin vpn servers. Pls consider looking into this if Eddie is supposed to be an alternative to Openvpn for Android

suddenly when i start up airvpn client in windows 10 i do not see the login page, but the tray icon dissapears, it is like the main window is 'off screen'. (taskbar appears as well as working tray icon through which i can connect. anybody else has these problems, thanksq

Does this new Eddie beta for Android use any of the underlying software of OpenVPN for Android? - Is it necessary to keep updating that app?

Yes, this happens to me also, but I didn't notice it until now since I almost never reboot my NAS, and I have reconnect script which detects that VPN isn't working and restart it. I think this is Synology VPN implementation bug, it should be reported to them. Hopefully they can fix it in new updates.
