Linux Mint connection timeout

Hi,

I want to connect to AirVpn on linux system. I have generated config file as specified here:

https://airvpn.org/linux/

And when I try to connect after 30 sec I get info "connection time out". I check and my subscription is active. Any ideas?

Ok but how I can get log? I have only notification with timeout and nothing else. Where should i look for logs?
