skxBMrYsxlli 9 Posted ... The required content is blocked by Firefox' new mixed content protection. It's also blocked by NoScript, which requires that 'speedtest.air' (not a real domain) be allowed. The mixed content protection—or something—prevents Firefox from asking whether the Flash plugin should be allowed, so I had to set it to "always" in the site permissions. And, at least on Linux, allowing all these things still doesn't fix the speed test: Down: 0.000 Mbit/s Out, NaN Mbit/s In (NaN%), 1MB - Up: 0.000 Mbit/s Out, NaN Mbit/s In (NaN%), 1MB - Date: Thu, 08 Aug 2013 19:13:51 GMT - Buffers: 1MB/1MB - Laps: 1, Time: 3.29 secs It "completes" immediately without noticing that the Flash app failed to run. (Or is it actually an Adobe AIR app?) It may never work on Linux in any case, if it requires a release of Adobe Flash greater than 10.2. If it's never going to be compatible, I would report the bad news to page visitors using browsers with Linux UA strings. Hope all this helps. Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 10014 Posted ... Hello! We're glad to inform you that we're getting rid of this Flash-based Speedtest. We're currently testing our own speed tester which does not require Flash at all. Please see "News and announcement" for more information. https://airvpn.org/topic/9830-new-speed-test-available/ Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
