Cannot resolve [insert region].vpn.airdns.org:443 on Android

Hi all,

 

I've recently been having problems connecting my Android device (HTC One) to the service. Any region I try always fails with the error "cannot resolve [insert region].vpn.airdns.org:443". I can however establish a connection if I use a server directly. I tried the suggestion on this post:

Overriding the DNS settings with those from OpenNIC gave the same errors, I have attached a log from the various connection attempts. Interestingly if I switch off of Wi-Fi and use the cellular network this problem disappears suggesting the issue is with my network - any ideas?

Hello,

 

some DNS are unable for short periods of time to resolve *.vpn.airdns.org. We're investigating the issue, checking whether there are problems with the authoritative DNS.
