windowsappme 0 Posted ... The only thing that is stopping me from subscribing to AirVPN is the windows client. I find it not good as compared to other VPN clients. It doesn't have a DNS leak protection or a VPN kill switch. [sNIPPED, no ads]Regards Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello, Eddie (the next client release) should be ready in the next months for Windows, OS X and Linux. It will be released under GPL. Anyway, we will never force our customers to run proprietary software of our to connect to our VPN server. This is a very basic security rule. DNS leaks blocks, IP binding... are inessential features, but they are all planned in Eddie. Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
NaDre 157 Posted ... ....It will be released under GPL. ... Excellent. Will you be setting up a public source repository (just for retrieval) ahead of releasing it? So people can try it out and maybe help out (testing, patches - if you guys want this that is)? Will it require that a web API like the one you guys recently provided is in place? Royee 10 Posted ... Thanks was going to say would be awesome to have a little check box, I also find the auto start for airvpn client buggy it has issues starting up.If I use the openvpn software and download the licenses and certs then its better and ok, but I still like the air client software it just needs to catch up with the other vpn clients Quote Share this post Link to post
