Unable to connect to remote server

Hi,

I am having a problem trying to connect via the Windows AirVPN client. Every time I try to connect it says "Unable to connect to remote server". I have edited the hosts file like in other forum posts, restarted my computer, etc with the same error. I will post my log below:

can you please open a command prompt, issue the following command and send us its output?

 

 

tracert airvpn.org

Hello,

 

The Air client initially needs to contact airvpn.org to download the servers list. Tracing the route shows that your system correctly resolves and reaches airvpn.org. Therefore, it is probable that some program (a firewall or an antivirus) is blocking airvpn.exe, can you please check?
