Account hijacked? Can't force disconnect.

I was trying to access AirVPN, but it kept telling me I was already connected, so I went to my dashboard and found this:

...that's not my IP, and I never even use the Swedish VPN servers, so I'm thinking my account was hijacked. I've changed my password but am still unable to force a disconnect on this unauthorized connection. Can someone fix this ASAP?
