Skype drop

Hi!

I realised since last OS X Skype version (6.4.0.833) it disconnects the actual connection to Skype servers once I connect to any of our VPN servers. I tried servers in Germany, Sweden and USA and connection drops everytime I connect to them. I worked perfectly with all previous versions of Skype 

The connection to Skype is restored as soon as I disconnect from vpn. Nothing to say about the rest of my "internet capable" software. All of them work ok.

 

Did anyone experienced anything similiar?

It's important that you launch applications that you want to be tunneled AFTER the connection to the VPN is established.

Actually, I experienced a similar problem on Win7 today. No matter how many times I restarted Skype, it logged in just fine but wouldn't connect to the servers no matter what. Bear in mind that I started Skype after the VPN was established, and restarted Skype several times while it still was on. Disconnecting from VPN pretty much instantly fixed the problem, even without restarting Skype.

On Serpentis

Looks like some weird bug in Skype, because I just got a notification that one of my contacts logged on while Skype says that I'm not connected to the internet. Still shows the contact as offline, even in the notification.
