Hi, so few days ago i tried connect to airvpn servers as usual, with latest openvpn installed and i couldnt make it. At first, i will show you my log.

I have disabled Windows Firewall, router firewall and kaspersky firewall. I did reinstall all the softwer without UAC and Kaspersky AV activated and ofc. on admin rights. This isnt ISP because OpenVPN & AirVPN works as it should on my laptop in the same network, i also did tried connect via other ports then udp. Do you have any ideas what it might be? Please, help!

So it must be something specific in that computer. Do you notice, on this computer, any problem with SSL certificates/keys (https sites not connecting, SMTP over SSL/TLS...)?

If the screenshot is taken while OpenVPN is running, can you please check that the adapter is enabled?

I did take screenshot while OpenVPN was NOT running, aslo i already check if something will change while i start OpenVPN, answer is - no, still TAP Adapter is "unplugged", any ideas?

Hello!

 

Please enable it. If you see that it is already enabled, disable it and then enable it (this will force an adapter reset).

 

Also, if the problem persists we would recommend that you contact at your convenience Microsoft support, you have enough data to receive a proper support from Microsoft.

It doesnt help me at all - i mean reset TAP-Windows Adapter. Last question, i think that uninstalling all software and then cleaning registry could help. As you can see on ss TAP-Windows Adapter is also called "V9" - it could be problem with drivers or few adapters already installed. Could you tell me where to look for info about TAP-Windows adapter and OpenVPN in Windows 7 Registry? I might be wrong, but i dont want to reinstall system again, trust me ;\

It seems like im connected, but still anywhere i go i see my real IP. Please, help me! Its really annoying, i cant use your services for 6 days now...
