ANSWERED Can't connect to server

Hi there, I'm having problems connecting on one of my laptops, but not the other.  The problem laptop is 32 bit W7.  The client opens and I input my login details, but when I hit "connect", it gives me "unable to connect to the remote server" after about 10 seconds.

 

Any ideas what it could be?

Hello!

 

On the non-working laptop, please re-try with both firewall and antivirus disabled, just in case one of the two (or both) are blocking airvpn.exe.

 

Also, from the same laptop, please open a command prompt and send us the output of the following commands:

 

tracert airvpn.org
ping airvpn.org

Still no luck.  Same issue with firewall and antivirus disconnected.

Hello!

 

Your system has no problems in ICMP-reaching airvpn.org, maybe TCP packets are blocked. Are you running PeerGuardian, PeerBlock, Malwarebytes or any other packet filtering tool?
