Always having problems with the client

Hello

I'm having problems with the client all the time. I at least tried to connect to 7 servers and I cant reach my full speed limit. I always receive 600kbps max although the status is shown as good.

When I want to disconnect because of the slow speed I get an error. When I try to login, I get an error too, about establishing connection to the server.

Furthermore I cant even reach any website. No connection to the internet at all.

So I'm forced to restart the computer.

 

Where do these problems come from and why cant I get more speed than 6mbps?

Can you please send us the client logs after each error?

 

Does that happen with another OpenVPN wrapper as well (try OpenVPN GUI for example)?

I'm only using AirVPNs Client.

After disconnecting from a server and loging in directly after that I get this error sometimes:

'Die Verbindung mit dem Remoteserver kann nicht hergestellt werden.' Means that a connection with the remoteserver couldnt be established.

 

 

Another error occures after starting the client, when I log in for the first time:

Does anyone have more than 1000kbps? When I'm connected I still receive less than 600kbps.
