Bandwidth issues

I have been with airvpn for a few months now and for the most part it has been a great service.  My one issue i have is bandwidth management Every time i download a torrent I have too test my connection with a unix iso.torrent  that i know will max out my connection Otherwise i don't know if the torrent is not maxing out because of the torrent  or the vpn.  When i find a server that can max out a torrent my youtube hd streams are slow and vice versa.   I just wish airvpn would stay on top of bandwidth allocation so I don't have too test  a server every time I connect.
