OpenVPN Issue and DNS Leak

Two questions:

1) When I start the app to "Generate a static OpenVPN Key" I get the error: Cannot Open Shared Secret File c:\program files\openVPN\ for write. Access Denied. Terminating Program Due To Fatal Error

2) I ran the DNS leak test at DNSleaktest.com, and it states "Hello from Sweden!" but when I click on the "check for DNS leaks icon, the page shows an IP address in Sweden at the top, but then it also shows a 3 Comcast IP addresses, and one is from the city in which I live. Does this mean the VPN is not working correctly?

It's a permission problem. Anyway, you must not generate a key. Your key is generated by our servers and can be downloaded through the configuration generator (menu "Member Area"->"Access without our client").
