Thanks

Hello!

The logs (at least the first connections) do not show any problem.

Can you please try, for testing purposes, to connect after you have stopped any firewall and antivirus software?

Kind regards

Firewall down still no download data. Upload data showing. Can get a google search result in firefox search bar but can't connect to any of the result pages. Times out everytime. Logon window for client doesn't show free versus payed user like example on airvpn page. Could that be issue that I'm logging in without privileges? Window is smaller than its supposed to be.

Tried to troubleshoot by doing this after seeing another post.

Try from a command prompt (while you are connected):

ping airvpn.org

ping 212.117.180.25

ping 10.4.0.1

Result could not find host airvpn.org

timed out

timed out

both 100% lost

DNS issue? How to fix?

Thanks

Hello!

Your account is on Premium status, authorized to access all the VPN servers, so that can't be the cause of the problem.

From your ping commands output, it does not even seem a DNS issue.

Can you please try a connection to port 80 TCP and port 53 UDP on a couple of different servers and tell us if the problem is the same?

Kind regards

Problem solved using different connection settings. Thought I may have tried with them already but maybe it doesn't stick if you click back to server choices then connect? Either way good now. Thanks for help.

Hello!

You're right: if you go back to server choice after you have picked a port, the client will revert to port 443 UDP regardless of your previous port choice in the "Modes" tab. We are aware of this bug which will be fixed in the next Air client release.

Kind regards
