My Ports Are Screwed Up

Hello When On the Forward ports page i try to add Ports But then when i click add the ports i prev are removed and my ports stopped linking to my router please help

I ve Never Had this Issue But recently i Switched Computers and My AirVPn online Account seems to be messed up my topics will not show my ports will not forward and when trying to add a port to forward it deletes all my reserved ports. Also My ports will not cross my router settings work cause i tried it with out VPN but when i turn my VPN on it will not go through.

Note this is my third time posting this because it seems like it did not go through.
