Error: OpenVPN is already under execution

Firstly, I'm not good at technical sort of stuff. So sorry about the basic explanations. My problem is this:

Whenever I try to open the OpenVPN GUI, I get an error saying

"Error creating HKML\SOFTWARE\OpenVPN-GUI key."

Also, whenever I try to log into the AirVPN client, I get a message saying

"OpenVPN is already under execution."

I had no trouble using the vpn yesterday. It started today, after I tried and failed to run it through my school's network.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

It is a consequence of a bug in the OpenVPN GUI installer. Try to launch OpenVPN GUI with administrator privileges, it should be able to create the key. Anyway with our client for Windows you could just ignore OpenVPN GUI.

Also, whenever I try to log into the AirVPN client, I get a message saying

"OpenVPN is already under execution."

You can't launch the Air client and OpenVPN, or the Air client and OpenVPN GUI, at the same time. Make sure that OpenVPN and OpenVPN GUI are NOT running when you launch the Air client.
