Comodo on windows - AirVPN wont connect

Recommended Posts

Hello. I have just finished setting up my firewall to prevent leaks. I followed the guide and got it to block everything. But now the airvpn program wont connect at all. I have the ip from the guide set as a globe rule to allow and I am trying to connect to that server. I have set the host names in the host file. And I have double checked all the rules from the guide to make sure they are accurate. The airVPN window will open to the server list, once I click on one it says connecting but never will. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.

Hello!

Please send us the documentation required in the "Prevent leaks with Windows & Comodo" thread for troubleshooting. Please send us also the Air client connection logs after a failed connection attempt.

Kind regards

Hello.

ENTRY SERVER IP. (Not exit server IP).

examine VPN logfile to see IP of server connecting. That IP=inclusion list.
