Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello! It seems that your OpenVPN client did not load configuration and certificate files. Did you copy in the right directory all the files inside air.zip? You can generate and download the archive with all the files you need once you have a premium subscription, just log in the website and select \"Member\"-->\"Access without our client\". Pick your favourite port and server and the system will prepare the correct air.zip for you. When I go to this link I get the error.---> \"No modes available, sorry.\" I\'ve already download the files.(for linux ubuntu) I download the files again. Access is reserved to premium members and we have now checked that your account is not on premium status (at least the account name visibile on this forum).
