Eddie - Subscription Required

When I attempt to log into the VPN app on my computer (MacOS), I get a popup window indicating "subscription required". I have attempted to use the email address I signed up with as well as my username. I have confirmed that I paid for a one year subscription.

Hello!

Thank you for reporting it. This was a problem on our side: right after your payment our system wrongly marked your order as cancelled, which removed the plan from your account, so Eddie reported that a subscription was required.

It has been corrected the same day: your one-year plan is active, and we sent you the details in your support ticket. In Eddie, please log out and log in again, or quit and restart Eddie, so that it reads the updated account status.

If Eddie still shows the same message, please reply to your support ticket rather than here, so we can check your account privately.
