Air blocking its own servers?

Not a big deal but just researching why ESET was throwing up a msg blocking one of the servers I was trying to connect to. And this msg was thrown up here. Wasn't logged in if that mateers. Did login and it corrected itself. Just never seen this here before. No idea if just pasting image here works - text is as follows from page here with AipVPN banner:

'We're sorry,
our tubes are clogged for you.
Your IP or your IP range is temporarily suspended.
We're working....'

Nothing was blocked: that page comes from our website, not from the VPN server, and it has nothing to do with Flegetonte or with ESET.

When you use the forum search without being logged in, the forum software allows one search every few seconds per browser. A new search within that interval is answered with a "Too Many Requests" error, and our web server displays it with that generic page. Its text about a suspended IP address is misleadin or range was suspended, and the limit for logged-in members is different, which is why logging in solved it. If it happens again, simply wait a few seconds before searching again.    

About ESET: we do not block our own servers, so the block came from ESET itself, for example from its web or network protection or from an IP reputation list. If you post the exact and the blocked address or URL, without your own IPaddress), we can check it. If it turns out to be a false positive, you can also report it to ESET from the notification or through their false positive submission.
