[SOLVED] Upgrade from AirVPN 1.7 to AirVPN 1.8 and OpenVPN 2.3 Having Issues

Recommended Posts

Everything works when I use AirVPN 1.7 with 2.2.2

When I upgraded to be compliant I am able to get the Login screen and connect but it hangs

Any suggestion as to what is going on?

All my Commodo Firewall rule as same configuration as for 1.7.

Only thing I see is something called Socket Buffers 8192 -> 8192. No idea what that is.

Something up UDPvlink no idea what that is either

Hello!

Apparently something is blocking outgoing OpenVPN packets. Please make sure that the new openvpn.exe you are running is not blocked by your firewall or any other program.

Kind regards

Thank you kindly.

Noticed that when I got a pop earlier saying, do you trust this application or run it as web browser all the time. I had clicked run it....which failed

I removed those rules, and redid open vpn and everything worked great!!!

Thanks
