I payed for a subscription but it expired immediately?

I just used bitcoins to buy a 1 month code. I went to enter the code, it accepted it and gave me confirmation. 10 minutes later or so I attempt to log in to the VPN, but it says "Sorry, no server available for you at the moment", so I went to my account and it says "Your last subscription expired 0 days ago."

I paid for a month, and it said I had 27 days left. I know it's the end of Febuary, which only has 28 days this year, but, really: When I paid for a whole month, I expected something closer to 30 days (an average month is a bit over 30 days).
