Tue Feb 19 17:08:56 2013 There are no TAP-Win32 adapters on this system. You should be able to create a TAP-Win32 adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter.

I do not see option to add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter, I don't even know what it is...

Hello!

The problem is here:

Tue Feb 19 17:08:56 2013 There are no TAP-Win32 adapters on this system. You should be able to create a TAP-Win32 adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter.

I do not see option to add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter, I don't even know what it is... :(

Please help!

The TAP-Win32 adapter is the network interface used by OpenVPN. Please follow the instructions provided in the logs and make sure to launch the TAP adder script with administrator privileges.

If the above does not solve the problem, please uninstall completely OpenVPN and re-install it, making sure to authorize the installer to install all the drivers.

Kind regards

I'm having the same problem with the Air VPN on my computer. When I login and try to connect to a server I get "failed to start" after it tries to connect. On my laptop I got it to work by using the 32 bit one instead of the 64 bit. But I've tried both on my computer and I can't get it to work. I have NO clue how to use the Open VPN. Everytime I try it it says: "Not a vaid win32 application". Then after I did that the Air VPN also said: "Not a valid win32 application." WTF? So I uninstalled and reinstalled it and I'm still getting that message. I know nothing about this stuff and everytime I read posts on here I think will help me I get really confused. Honestly I don't even want to bother with the Open VPN, I really don't understand it at all. I just want to be able to login and connect like I can on my laptop using the Air VPN.

Hello!

Can you please send us the client logs just after you get that error?

In the Air client logs are accessible by right-clicking on the Air dock icon and selecting "Logs". Click on "Copy to clipboard" and paste where appropriate.

Kind regards

Sorry nevermind I got it to work. I forgot I didn't try uninstalling and reinstalling the 32 bit only the 64 bit.
