Pings and Slow speeds

Lately my pings have been super high on all servers. Even ones near me. And of course this has led to extremely slow speeds. I have been with AirVPN for many years so I tried everything to fix issues. My UseNet provider includes VPN access that is included with my account so just for the help of it, I tried it. WOW, The include Wireguard and OpenVPN protocols. With them I am getting my full bandwidth, 100mbit/s. Currently with Air I am getting 5-10mbit/s. 

Like I stated, I have been with Air for years (Premium access - expires in 1659 days) but this is just too much of a difference. What do I need to do? Why such a difference?

Hello,

there's at least one Usenet provider that caps traffic of any VPN competitor to boost its own offer. This is an anti-competitive practice. Thank you for not advertising. 

With that said please open a ticket to investigate, especially if you get poor performance when you access any other service while connected to the VPN.
