New user - Cannot connect. Keeps connecting and disconnecting

Hi,

I have been unable to connect successfully using Eddie.

I have tried a previous version (v2.24.6 & v2.21.8, and then v2.24.6 again)
I have uninstalled my previous VPN software (PIA)
Logging out and in on the application
Logging out and in on the website
I have tried the recommended servers as well as selecting one close to me.
I have tried with "Check AirVPN DNS" ticked and unticked.

When I try to generate the report I get the error "Failed to upload, please retry".

Any help is appreciated.

Then I have constant retries with the same result: Handshake timeout.
