Hi

i am always getting bad speed on this server, just wondering why?
its one of few 20gbit/sec(10up/down) servers in canada yet it doesn't give me even 1/7th of speed i can get it on it's sister server Kornephoros.

i love Kornephoros as it gives me awesome speeds, one of the reasons i came back to airvpn. one of the reasons i left was bad speeds for my taste. 

few weeks back wurren also had technical difficulties and was put offline

We have asked twice Wurren's datacenter support for investigations and interventions on intermittent Wurren malfunctions. Techies always claimed they found nothing, but we could clearly observe repeatedly a specific bandwidth choke on various (not all) IP addresses. Although the problem seems resolved and did not re-appear in the last week, we are waiting for delivery of 3 new servers in the same Kornephoros' datacenter to power up our presence in Toronto. They are currently at Canada custom, so it's likely that we will have them connected before the end of November. They feature powerful hardware and they will be connected to 10 Gbit/s full duplex lines. We are considering to decommission Wurren after the three new servers are operational.

@Staff Can we expect more servers in the future considering other servers having issues in the past month like Cephei and Agena.
I think this might apply to canada overall but would love the capacity to it to be expanded.

Yes, definitely, we have a problem at the custom, 3 powerful servers which will be connected to 10 Gbit/s lines at still at the custom since the 23rd of October. These 3 servers are meant to replace Wurren which is being decomissioned at the end of November. We did not expect that the USA/Canada custom border could be so slow, we're terribly sorry. The final destination is Toronto datacenter, the same one where Kornephoros is working in.
