Failed to start- plz help!

Hi, i paid for month of service, downloaded the software and when i open airvpn i can connect but when i try to enter a server i get the message "failed to start". i dont know why this cant be as simple as point and click but apparently im doing something wrong. someone please help, considering i already paid for the service and dont wanna be ripped off

Hello!

The problem is here:

2/13/2013 - 1:48 PM There are no TAP-Windows adapters on this system. You should be able to create a TAP-Windows adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Windows virtual ethernet adapter.

Probably something went wrong during the installation of OpenVPN.

Please try to add a TAP-Win32 Adapter by going to "Start"->"All Programs"->"OpenVPN" and launch "Add a new TAP-Windows virtual ethernet adapter" with administrator privileges.

After that, try again a connection, if you still have problems do not hesitate to send us the logs again at your convenience.
