ANSWERED Handshake for peer 1 - did not complete after 5 seconds

Had to reinstall my OS (After a complete Reformat) And Sadly nothing was back up

After a fresh install of WIn 11 Pro - Now I am unable to connect to any server. 

Please see attached logs. 


Edit: NVM - I Immediately figured it out, I had an ethernet cable plugged in, and I guess it was trying to use my Ethernet connection, instead of my Wifi Connection. Not sure why my ethernet is NOT working, but issue resolved.
