VPN Cant establish connection

Hello I have problem , VPN cant establish connection. I have tried both TCP and UDP on OpenUI Client.

Please note I'm trying to connect from Russian server, this may be an issue?

Unfortunately this is most probably the cause of the problem. Please follow this thread to circumvent the blocks. Each ISP may apply different blocking techniques so an universal solution is not available. You may need to test various connection modes:
