TCP or UDP best when using TOR over your VPN-service?

I want to use TOR after connecting to your VPN-service (that is, set-up a VPN first, then start and use TOR over the encrypted VPN-tunnel), and was wondering if I should choose TCP or UDP - or doesn't it matter?

For TOR over Air go with UDP whenever possible:

For Air over TOR (which anyway is not your case) you have no choice, you must pick TCP just because UDP is not supported by http and socks proxies.
