Each server has one entry-IP and one exit-IP addresses (they are not the same to prevent some correlation attacks).

The 10.x.x.x IP address is the VPN IP address pushed to clients (please see https://airvpn.org/specs )

AirVPN servers IP addresses are changed only under extraordinary circumstances.
