Yes, any browser that has been configured to connect over the TOR proxy. The TOR Project team releases the "TOR Browser Bundle", a very friendly bundle which includes an highly customized Firefox (Aurora) which does not need any modification. The browser is customized to connect over TOR and includes privacy and anonymity enhancements. The bundle is portable and includes everything you need to enter the TOR network with a few clicks.

You can only tunnel TCP over TOR, not UDP. For many more information, please browse the TOR Project web site:

https://www.torproject.org

If you wish to tunnel UDP over TOR, you can do that with UDP over TCP (see https://airvpn.org/tor ). Anyway you should never tunnel torrent clients over TOR, both for technical and ethical reasons.
