TAP Adapter for Windows

This may sound stupid to some but I am new to using a VPN service so please excuse my ignorance. Among the many questions that I have, this is just the latest. I noticed that the TAP adapter created my OpenVPN is limited to 10Mbps. Is there a way to increase this to 100Mbps or more then 10? I am currently running Windows XP Pro Sp/3.

Hello!

The "10 Mbit/s" is just an hard-coded label, a remnant of the past. It does not mean anything and does not affect performance.
